Shipping in Australia

Free Shipping in Australia on orders over $75 or a low $6.95 flat rate. We also offer free click + collect (by appt only) from our Art Studio in Kareela (Sutherland Shire)💙

International Shipping 

Free Shipping Overseas on orders over $250 or a $30* flat rate. 

We regularly ship our Fine Art Prints & Eco-Gifts overseas, but due to their delicate nature and size, we do not currently offer international shipping on our Paintings. Please get in touch if there is a particular painting you like, and we would be happy to discuss this further with you.

For overseas purchases, please note that you are considered the sole importer and must comply with all laws and regulations, including any import duties and/or taxes of the country in which you are receiving the products. We are not responsible for any additional charges you may receive. 

*Should the delivery cost on international orders exceed our flat rate substantially we reserve the right to request an additional delivery charge. In such a case, we would get in touch with you first.

Sending your Order as a Gift

All our orders include complimentary eco-gift wrapping and we happily handwrite messages on our bird tags - simply let us know at 'Add instructions for sellers' . You can find this on the bottom left hand side of the shopping cart page. Alternatively, if you purchase a greeting card with your order, we can write it in your card.

Delivery Times

All orders are shipped usually within 1-3 business days from our Sydney studio using Australia Post standard postage. Delivery time is usually within 2-5 days from shipment within Australia (though this has been delayed due to covid). If you have an urgent order, get in touch before placing your order. For international orders, please contact us for a delivery estimate or refer to the Australia Post website for estimated shipping times from Kareela, NSW to your area. Please note, due to increased postal demands, we cannot guarantee delivery times. If your order does not arrive within a reasonable time please contact us.

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on Australian orders. You must contact us at within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, that you received it. Our Fine Art Prints are particularly fragile and must still be in their original packaging, with no marks or scratches.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. 

We do not accept returns on sale items, paintings, commissioned artworks, gift certificates or international orders.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our artworks and products. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch. We ask that you photograph the packaging and the damage to the items and let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we can organise a prompt replacement for you.

Pricing + Availability

All prices are in Australian dollars and include Goods and Services Tax (GST). Online prices may be subject to change without notice, and may differ from prices available elsewhere. 

Further duties, taxes or charges levied on the package on arrival in your country, or any other fees or charges you may incur in relation to a foreign transaction, are your responsibility. If you require further information about your country’s taxes and duties, please contact your local customs or other relevant authorities directly. Please note that, to comply with Australian export regulations, we will declare the value of all items ordered.

Although we endeavour to keep product listings up to date, occasionally an item listed may be unavailable due to unforeseen demand or other special circumstances. If this is the case, we will contact you within 48 hours to offer you a refund or a suitable alternative, or to discuss placing the item on back order.
