Refund policy

Returns + Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges on Australian orders. You must contact us at hello@lasource.com.au within 7 days of delivery and return the item to us within 14 days. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, that you received it. Our Fine Art Prints are particularly fragile and must still be in their original packaging, with no marks or scratches.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

We do not accept returns on sale items, paintings, commissioned artworks, gift certificates or international orders.

Faulty Items

We take great pride in the quality of our artworks and products. All items are thoroughly checked before sending and packaged with care. However, in the unlikely event that you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please get in touch. We ask that you photograph the packaging and the damage to the items and let us know within 48 hours of receipt so that we can organise a prompt replacement for you.
